Main job responsibilities:
1. Review of new product introduction and delivery date of new samples;
2. Prepare the test materials in the early stage, conduct self-test on the tested samples and submit them to the quality inspection;
3. Review the product drawing and BOM table of each sample;
4. Modify and review the product drawings and BOM tables for product configuration changes;
5. Review and propose rectification plans for products with abnormal quality in production.
Job Requirements:
1. More than two years of similar work experience in metal stamping factory, college degree or above;
2. Familiar with mechanical parts mapping, have a certain understanding of machining and assembly technology, and have a certain understanding of the system of drawing standardization;
3. Familiar with mold structure, familiar with hardware product processing technology, skilled use of 2/3D drawing software;
4. Good communication and cooperation skills, deal with things calmly and actively.
5. Sports or literary talents are preferred.
Mold repairman
